Your responsibilities

We are looking for a visionary engineer with an “Automation First” mindset who rethinks our core processes and makes our system ecosystem smarter. This is a fully remote position; however, we are only considering candidates based in Germany or the United Kingdom.

• Analyze our central value streams (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g. reduction of cycle times & error rates)

• Build predictive monitoring and “self-healing” mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they arise

• Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets, thereby reducing the manual workload within the team
