Job Description:
Administer IFS, manage user access, permissions, and security Provide first-line support for daily issues and troubleshooting related to the IFS system Lead the implementation of IFS in new projects, including identifying needs, providing consultancy and support, training new users and adjusting or developing new features Offer consultancy to identify opportunities for implementing new features, make recommendations and work with management and end-users to implement enhancements Pass knowledge about system functionalities and processes to new co-workers, conduct trainings and develop user manuals in various areas Design, modify and implement report printout layouts and manage customizations Support in developing reports and reporting dashboards...
