SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Employee Relations Officer with strong Labour Legislation, CCMA and Bargaining Council arbitration and Industrial Relations skills and experience to work within and industrialised sector based in Sedibeng District
POSITION INFO:
B Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma or Honours in HRM or LRM
Min of 3 to 5 years' experience of the following
- CCMA/Bargaining Council Arbitration
- Labour Legislation
- Drafting and amending policies
- Industrial Relations
- EE and SD Committee Management
- Computer literate on MS Office package
Will be expected to provide high-quality industrial and employee relations advice and services, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective investigations, manage disciplinary and grievance processes
Represent the company at the CCMA/MEIBC-CDR for referred cases.
