We’re partnering with a well-regarded organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the business on a 9-month contract. This is a hands-on, strategic ER role suited to a confident specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and can provide trusted advice across complex workplace matters.
THE ROLE
Working closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and legal stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing employee relations risk, supporting organisational change initiatives, and driving best-practice people outcomes. You will manage complex employee relations matters whilst providing expert advice on employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, policies, and procedures as well as support leaders through sensitive workplace matters with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
