Your new roleAs an ER Change Specialist, you will act as a trusted adviser across change and transformation activity, shaping ER strategy early in programme design and ensuring all consultation and implementation activity is delivered effectively.You will lead on high‑risk ER matters, support restructures, and standardise ER approaches across programmes to enable efficient, scalable delivery.Location – London
Key responsibilities include:
Embedding ER expertise into organisational change from scoping and design through to full delivery, working closely with People Change and Strategic Partners.Shaping people assessments by surfacing risks early and influencing balanced,mercially aligned decisions.Acting as the senior escalation point forplex ER matters, including restructures, consultations, and union or employee forum engagement.Ensuring consultation and implementation plans arepliant, well‑structured, and aligned to business priorities....
