**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Associate's degree with a focus in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography or chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) tools).
+ Experience in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
+ Experience troubleshooting equipment by checking software logs, programmable logic controller (PLC) signals, and wiring to find the root cause of a failure.
