Position Overview
Responsibilities: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and restore operations efficiently Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, alignment checks, component replacements, and functional testing Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, including pumps, bearings, couplings, seals, valves, piping, conveyors, and actuators Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues, covering motors, sensors (photo eyes, proximity, load cells), solenoids, relays, VFDs/inverters, basic PLC I/O faults, control panels, and wiring Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, including mechanical assembly, alignment, piping, cable pulling, I/O verification, dry runs, and production trials Perform basic calibration and verification of equipment such as weighing systems, load cells, level sensors, temperature probes, pressure gauges, and safety interlocks Carry out co...
