Job Description
The Equipment Finance Regional Director is a remote role responsible for driving sales of equipment lending and leasing products to medium/large commercial clients ($15M+ revenue). This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while managing risk in compliance with bank policies. This role is located in Texas and will be responsible for developing the entire state's territory.
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and close new equipment finance deals to meet sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with commercial clients, often working with clients with annual revenues greater than $15 million.
Business Development: Execute a calling program to prospects and partner with internal Middle Market Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers to cross-sell bank products.
