Train equipment operators and ensure full competency and certification within three months of onboarding.
Enhance equipment efficiency and yield, reduce labor and maintenance costs, and minimize equipment downtime and losses.
Ensure safe equipment operation in compliance with health and safety regulations, and prepare, standardize, and archive equipment manuals, operating SOPs, and maintenance SOPs.
