Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Rapid troubleshooting so as to minimize downtime on failed equipment. Develop good understanding of Diamond Turning Equipment (including all machines and metrology equipment and any system that supports DT functions) Preventive maintenance program for the Diamond Turning production and auxiliary equipment Handle all equipment calibrations (Internal and external) Maintain Equipment spart part listing and consumption Lead/participate Lean/6S program Establish training manual, work instructions and troubleshooting guide Education Bachelor degree preferably Electrical& Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, related engineering or equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment servicing
