Position Overview
Support project execution as a Supply Chain Coordinator. Collaborate with the Project Manager to enhance vendor and equipment management while ensuring conformance to purchasing policies.
In this role, you will assist the Procurement team with providing quotations and facilitating product purchases efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting various operational needs, which contributes to the overall success of project management and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather quotes and manage vendor communications
• Record incoming goods and assist with financial reconciliations
• Coordinate purchases while adhering to policy guidelines
• Maintain comprehensive equipment and vehicle licensing records
• Assist accounting with month-end and annual reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum 2 years in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and equipment management
