Responsibilities Serves as a full-time Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor assigned to the EEO Office within the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Informs the complainant about federal EEO complaint regulations which offer complainants the option of resolving claims of discrimination through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in lieu of EEO counseling.
