The Epic Revenue Cycle System & Support Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Revenue Cycle operations and the Digital Health & Technology (DHT) team. This role is responsible for managing Epic‑related system support requests, improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance revenue cycle workflows. The Analyst will lead efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize Epic functionality across the revenue cycle, including but not limited to registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and denials management.
