Job Description
Build and enhance Epic Phoenix workflows and configurations
Spend time in transplant clinics observing and supporting end users
Round with clinical teams to understand day-to-day challenges
Troubleshoot Phoenix issues in real time
Make workflow and build recommendations based on observed use
Collaborate with IT, Epic, and operational leaders across multiple organizations
Travel between supported sites as required
