+ Lead Epic Hospital Billing charging team for all charging activities for the wave implementations and support/maintenance
+ Serving as the primary point of contact to coordinate initiatives, track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure operational efficiency for the RIO team
+ Own/manage a team of resources on the complex estimates workstream
+ Epic Hospital Billing and charging experience preferred
+ Strong leadership skills and people management skills
+ Revenue cycle experience preferably in the charging space, highly preferred
+ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
