Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on Zone 3 wafer processing tools as directed by management or equipment engineers. Perform advanced level troubleshooting and repairs on Zone 3 wafer processing tools as directed by management, equipment engineers and or senior technicians. Working with engineering, develops and implements projects for the betterment of the area such as projects that will lower costs, improve efficiency, improve safety, reduce waste, or prevent failures and scraps. Assist engineers in data collection to resolve and prevent reoccurring equipment issues and/or scrap events. Interface with OEM vendors and contractors on satisfactory completion of repairs, upgrades, or modification of processing equipment.
