Maintenance & Operations Manager (Kuching)

As a CBRE Maintenance & Operations Manager, you will manage a team responsible for implementing, coordinating, and managing all mechanical and electrical operations for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.

What You’ll Do

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
