Job Summary

Assumes responsibility and accountability for performing cleaning and service functions in resident and non-resident areas in the facility in a sanitary, disinfecting, safe and pleasant manner for the benefit of residents, visitors and employees. Work is performed in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations, facility policies and procedures, established regulatory and accreditation requirements as well as the philosophy goals and objectives of the facility and the Environmental Services department. This position differs from an Environmental Services Tech I by reason of advanced knowledge of cleaning methods, use of motorized equipment for floor/carpet care, and advanced skills needed for certain work environments.
