**Description**

The Regional Global Practice Manager is responsible for the strategic development and overall leadership of a Regional Global Practice. This position will be responsible for the profitable growth of Global Practice market segments. The Regional Global Practice Manager will lead the business line dynamically and profitably based on Burns & McDonnell's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety and outstanding service.



+ Responsible for the sales, revenue and income goals for the Global Practice.

+ Develops a long-term strategic plan. Identifies, develops and directs the implementation of business strategies for the practice, including operational strategies and procedures, marketing strategies and pricing strategies, and sales and customer retention strategies.
