**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking our **Environmental Services-Custodial Manager 2** for our client partners at the **St. Catherines University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.** Our successful candidate will have an executive presence to manage client relationship building, and lead with the professional compassion to inspect work daily to meet Annual Audit expectations, work closely with Events team to staff events like sports and concerts Interview, Hire, Lead and mentor our team, conduct safety meetings for our team and manage annual reviews and provide constructive counseling for course correction.
