Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to support environmental investigations, inspections, and remediation oversight across New York City’s five boroughs. This role is highly field‑focused and centers on asbestos and lead-based paint inspections, air monitoring, and regulatory compliance on active abatement projects.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, NYC-required certifications, and hands‑on experience working in fast‑paced urban environments.
Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct asbestos and lead-based paint inspections in accordance with NYC, NYS, and federal regulations

+ Provide field oversight and monitoring of abatement projects, ensuring compliance with approved work plans and safety standards

+ Perform air monitoring, clearance sampling, and exposure assessments during remediation activities
