The Environmental Professional will perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM E-1527-21 for commercial and residential properties. This role involves conducting site reconnaissance, performing regulatory and records research, evaluating environmental compliance, and preparing clear, technically sound reports that support real estate due diligence and lending decisions.
Responsibilities

+ Perform and prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in strict accordance with ASTM E-1527-21.

+ Conduct comprehensive records reviews, including regulatory files and historical sources, to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), Business Environmental Risks (BERs), and non-scope considerations.
