**Job Summary:**

Provides leadership in the administration, operation, and support of Environmental Safety and Emergency Preparedness programs. Ensures that their assigned Health Care facility (hospital, Clinics, Long term Care) maintains a safe environmental for staff, visitors and patients; and lead the Emergency preparedness function for the facility.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provides Safety leadership and the Safety Officer at an assigned healthcare facility. The scope of the assigned healthcare facility is either one to three hospitals or a collection of non-hospital based facilities.
+ Provides leadership for the hospital in regulatory compliance for the following: Joint Commission chapters EOC, EM and LS; the NFPA life safety code, EPA, WDNR, OSHA and other stat...
