This role involves direct interaction with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other plant professionals to influence daily decisions and lead safety culture initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and safety committee leadership.
Responsibilities

+ Provide primary EHS support to plant operations, partnering with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

+ Conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

+ Support environmental permitting and regulatory reporting for air, water, and waste.

+ Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
