WSP is seeking an experienced **Environmental Client Service Leader** in the greater **Los Angeles Area** market to lead the development and execution of an environmental business strategy focused on growth, client service excellence, and market leadership. This role is central to expanding WSP’s presence across Southern California by increasing sales with existing clients and strategically broadening our client base.

The ideal candidate brings established relationships with LA Metro, LADWP, LADPW, Caltrans, and/or CAHSR, along with a broad environmental background spanning compliance, geotechnical, planning/permitting, natural and cultural resources, water, waste, and/or remediation. Experience working across multiple markets—power, water, state/municipal, federal, and industrial/commercial—is essential to success in this role.
