• Develop and implement plant-wide HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to Factory Act, Pollution Control Board, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Hazardous Waste Management, and Labour Laws.
• Drive Zero Harm culture through proactive safety initiatives and behavioural safety programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, HIRA/JSA studies, safety audits, and compliance inspections.
• Lead incident investigation, CAPA implementation, and root cause analysis for accidents and near misses.
• Monitor occupational health standards and industrial hygiene practices.
• Ensure proper management of hazardous materials, waste disposal, emissions, and environmental sustainability programs.
• Organize safety training, emergency response drills, firefighting preparedness, and contractor safety management.
