Large food manufacturing company is seeking an EHS Manager. Position will manage all EHS functions in a 1000 employee plant. Company will provide relocation.

• Minimum BA/BS, prefer MBA/MS
• 5+ years EHS management experience in a large manufacturing plant (800+ employees)
• USDA Food manufacturing background and understanding of unique safety and environmental issues in a USDA food manufacturing environment
• Experience overseeing supervisors on multiple shifts
• Experience implementing, updating, and measuring safety and environmental programs
• Track record of decreasing accidents and workers compensation expenses
• Ability to get the buy-in of both plant management and hourly workers
