EHS Advisor – Onehunga/Mt Wellington

We’re looking for an EHS Advisor who’s eager to champion safety across our sites and be a key player in creating a proactive, safety‑first culture. In this role, you’ll work with a range of teams and people across the business to ensure we meet our EHS goals and continue to innovate in safety practices.

THE ROLE

• Lead the charge in supporting and rolling out our EHS programs across the business and sites within Auckland, with a small amount of travel to Tauranga and Wellington each month.
• Promote a safety culture that’s proactive, engaged, and always improving.
• Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and ensure we stay ahead of compliance, industry standards, and best practices.
• Coach teams on identifying hazards and managing risks to keep the workplace safe and compliant.
