**Description** **:**

+ - Assemble Components — Build products and sub‑assemblies using hand and power tools according to specifications.
+ - Read Work Instructions — Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
+ - Inspect Finished Parts — Perform quality checks to confirm products meet company standards.
+ - Operate Tools & Equipment — Safely use drills, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other tools required for production.
+ - Maintain Work Area — Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
+ - Meet Production Goals — Work efficiently to support daily output targets.
+ - Collaborate With Team — Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues and improve processes.
