Duties and responsibilities:


+ Responsible for maintaining general ledger for multiple companies accurately and timely for month end and year end closing processes.

+ Review financial statements, research accounts, and analyze financial records.

+ Responsible for developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts for monthly and yearly closing processes.

+ To include but not limited to third party statements, internal & external software, and reports.
