We are the group responsible for architecting IBM’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda, scaling AI solutions, and reimagining how work gets done across thousands of processes. Our mandate is to help IBM become the world’s benchmark AI-first enterprise.

To date, the organization has delivered $4.5B in productivity gains, making IBM a standout performer in the MIT GenAI Divide study, where 95% of enterprises fail to move beyond pilots.
