What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that deliver strategic change across Lloyd’s Register. This role focuses on delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programmes spanning business processes, operating models, people, and technology - with a clear focus on business outcomes and benefits realisation, not just project delivery.

This role is suited to candidates with experience in enterprise or organisational transformation, rather than those whose background is primarily in IT system or product delivery.
