Position Summary:
 The Enterprise Transformation Officer is a strategic role responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise‑wide initiatives across Prevail Bank. This role establishes and leads the Project Management function, instills an Agile‑first mindset across the organization, and champions the identification and deployment of high‑value AI use cases. The individual plays a key role on the AI Strategy Team and focuses on opportunities to enhance business workflows, process optimization, and business analysis capabilities across the bank.
