Job Summary:

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior technical/functional leader role is also responsible for developing investment theses by leveraging KP and external expertise to proactively source deal flow and generate strategic insights; proactively executing investment transactions, including the review and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents; coordinating portfolio investments through board participation and assisting portfolio companies with targeted value-add efforts; driving diligence for new investments including priorities, planning, and execution; and preparing and presenting insights from investment work to the Investment Committee, KP executives, and KPV Limited Partners.
