Job Summary:

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this technical/functional leader role is also responsible for developing investment theses by utilizing KP and external expertise to source deal flow and generate strategic insights; executing investment transactions, including the review and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents; monitoring portfolio investments through board participation and assisting portfolio companies with targeted value-add efforts; leading diligence for new investments including priorities, planning, and execution; and preparing and presenting insights from investment work to the Investment Committee, KP executives, and KPV Limited Partners.
