Job Description:
We’re looking for someone with social media expertise (not general marketing), with specific experience managing a client’s Twitter channel, including content strategy, community management, operations, measurement, and governance.
They will be the team expert on the channel, with subject matter expertise in driving innovative social content that drives engagement and channel growth.
They will be responsible for briefing agency partners on launch and evergreen content creation - producing & optimizing content - as well as helping grow our online community by monitoring conversation & engaging with User-Generated Content (UGC) & comments.
They will partner cross-functionality within the org to scale social-first content.
