Description

Citizens is seeking an experienced risk professional to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This role is responsible for the management and oversight of ERM programs, frameworks, and policies that support strategic risk management across the enterprise.

The primary focus of the role is to manage and oversee reputation risk as part of the strategic risk framework, including advising management, business lines, and senior leadership and coordinating with key risk partners. Additional focus areas, as assigned, may include oversight of digital asset risks, emerging risks, and other strategic risk topics.

This role ensures strategic and reputation risk practices and oversight are aligned with applicable regulations, industry best practices, and the organization’s strategic priorities.
