Job Description
- Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com's recruitment products & services
- Self‑prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channels
- Action all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on SLA.
- Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads
- Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
- Give both online & onsite demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy
- Effectively manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution‑oriented selling approach
- Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.
