Development Lead (Learning Strategist)

The Development Lead (Learning Strategist) is a key leadership role within IBM Consulting Global Learning & Knowledge (L&K) organization. Development Leads may be aligned to a Partner and Professional Development (PPD) or a Service Line Portfolio.

The Learning Strategist’s role grows strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders and their teams to be a credible, trusted, and accountable advisor to develop and implement Learning Strategies aligned to the broader IBM Consulting Learning Strategy. The Development Lead works with the Lead Learning Strategist to develop a learning strategy for the portfolio, effectively addressing and closing skill gaps to support business priorities.
