As an Operations Process Improvement & Policies Specialist at Krom, you will analyze, design, and implement more efficient and effective operational processes that align with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Description
- Support Document Owners (e.g., Business Division, Operations Division and Finance Operations Department) in collaborating to develop policies/guidelines/procedures that comply with the Bankβs standards.
- Ensure timely creation and updates of policies/guidelines/procedures under their area of responsibility.
- Analyze current operational processes and take initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen control, and enhance workflows for both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all accountable policies/guidelines/procedures comply with the latest banking regulations, such as OJK, anti-money laundering (AML), data privacy, and other regulatory requirements.
