Our strategy focuses on optimizing fleet economics, accelerating the digital customer experience, expanding off-airport and mobility partnerships, and unlocking new value from our global fleet platform.
To drive this transformation, we are building a Strategy & Execution Office within the Office of the CEO; a small, high-impact team responsible for setting enterprise priorities and ensuring they are executed with speed, rigor, and measurable results.
Enterprise Strategy & Execution Leads are the operators who make this transformation real.
