Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITY: Supports and coordinates employee engagement programs, survey administration, culture initiatives, and engagement reporting while helping teams deliver positive employee experiences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelorβs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition events, or morale programs.
- Ability to administer surveys, collect feedback, and consolidate engagement data.
- Strong communication skills to promote programs and encourage employee participation.
- Experience supporting culture and communication campaigns within teams.
- Ability to manage schedules, logistics, vendors, and event execution.
