+ Experienced Enterprise Architect with 18+ years of experience in advanced enterprise system, specialized in merger and acquisitions projects.

+ Bridge business objectives and IT solutions, ensuring technology supports the company's mission.

+ Develop and maintain overall IT architecture, policies, and governance for data, solutions, and infrastructure.

+ Monitoring the work of employees during the project execution.

+ Using corrective measures when the project plan is off course.

+ Work with senior management, technical teams, and SMEs to understand needs and implement solutions.
