• Facilitate establishment of Architecture Standards and Policy.
• Institute Enterprise Architecture Governance.
• Lead or provide guidance on Business Solutions Development.
• Ensure that the application or systems, data and technology aspects of the enterprise architecture are driven by the business imperatives of the organisation and that the requirements driving the overall architecture are managed consistently and effectively.
• Understand and present immediate or tactical and strategic benefits of adopting a consistent architectural approach within the context of the client’s business to help the client justify his investments.
