**Role Overview:** As an Enrollment & EDI Processor, you will:

+ Process enrollments, terminations, and changes through the system with a thorough understanding of each clients enrollment requirements
+ Proper and expeditious answering of all client questions regarding enrollment procedures and/or problems
+ Review daily reports from EDI loads.
+ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to vendors on items needing review; Work with internal IT team on internal errors
+ Ensure daily reporting provides all information needed to follow all policy and procedures as defined by Underwriting
