JOB TITLE: ENROLLED NURSE AUXILIARY – THEATRE

Purpose of Position: To Provide age-appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

Key Performance Areas

• Must be able to practice within the scope of practice as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Must be compliant with Hospital Policies and Regulations.
• Must possess excellent inter–personal skills.
• Must be able to provide safe, quality patient care in the ward.

Competencies (The following will be advantageous)

Minimum Requirements (Educational Qualifications & Experience)

• Must be registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Preferably have two or more years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary in Theatre.
