Position Overview
Job Description - Close liaison with doctors to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Attend and follow up on patient enquiries
- Perform nursing duties such as blood pressure taking and ECG
- Perform clinic administrative duties such as patient registration, coordinating of appointments and billing
- Prepare documents such as insurance LOG, submission for insurance authorisation and provide financial counselling for surgical bookings
- Maintain medical records while ensuring accuracy and patient confidentiality
- Involve in inventory management and stock taking of medicine and apparatus used in the clinic
- Respond to Code Blue and other urgent calls for care
Job Requirements - Valid practising certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- NITEC in Nursing
- Possess good command in English and effective communication skills
- Great team player
