About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.
Shifts on offer: Sunday to Wednesday -
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team What we’re looking for
