Duties and Responsibilities Assist Staff Nurse (SN) in delivering nursing care to the clients and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Care Delivery Provide quality nursing care with compliance to approved standards of nursing practices. Assist SN in new admission assessment and orientation. Carry out nursing rounds with the SN. Assist SN in ensuring client take their medicines. Initiate activities as first responder at emergency situations alerts and supports the SN. Organize and send residents for appropriate therapy as prescribed. Coordinate clients' medical check-ups & arrange transport. Maintain accurate documentation of care given. Supervisory Duties Supervise junior care staff to: Ensure comfort and good personal hygiene of the residents under his/her care. Check, monitor and record residents' vital signs.
