Position Overview
- Co-ordinate the clinical/health care needs for residents and ensure care needs are met.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of clinical documentation, assessment, and care planning.
- Provide direction/advise/supervision to care staff, regarding individual care needs of residents.
- Oversee medication management policy (orders, administration, pharmacy follow up, advise to PCA's)
- Conduct self medication assessments.
- Maintain good communication and morale between all staff.
- Attend complex/technical and nursing procedures where necessary.
- Assist with GP rounds.
